Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Contents Factory (콘텐츠 팩토리), operated by Jeon Woohyun, Business Registration No. 118-37-01460, located at 709-A05, 219 Geumgok-ro, Gwonseon-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea ("Company", "we", "us").

By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Contents Factory provides the following services:

• Creation and hosting of a subdomain-based business homepage (e.g., yourshop.make-page.com)
• Daily AI-generated Korean-language content posting
• Search engine optimization (SEO) targeting Korean Google searches
• Partner program management for resellers

3. Subscription and Billing

Our service operates on a monthly subscription basis. There is no automatic recurring billing — payment is made manually by the subscriber each month.

• A 45-day free trial is available for all new subscribers
• After the trial, monthly payment is required to maintain active service
• Subscription fee is $15 USD per store per month, uniform worldwide
• All payments are processed via PayPal

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Since there is no automatic billing, cancellation simply means not renewing your subscription for the next month. Cancellation takes effect immediately — the store will be removed from the current billing cycle at the time of cancellation.

5. User Obligations

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date business information
• Not use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Not upload content that infringes on third-party rights
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

6. Partner Program

Registered partners may resell our services to third parties under the following conditions:

• Partners are responsible for their own clients and sales activities
• Partners may set their own resale price above the wholesale rate
• A separate Partner Agreement governs the specific terms of the partner relationship

7. Service Suspension and Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate service in the following cases:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment for two consecutive billing cycles
• Submission of false or misleading business information
• Use of the service for illegal purposes

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, third-party service failures, or events beyond our reasonable control. We do not guarantee specific search rankings or visitor numbers as a result of using the service.

9. Intellectual Property

All AI-generated content published through our service remains the property of Contents Factory. Clients are granted a license to display this content through their assigned subdomain for the duration of their active subscription.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
